Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a form of self-care, release work that uses various sized balls to create space between joints, elongate tight tense muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Each class will work specific parts of the body including, but not limited to, the legs, hips, back, bottom, shoulders, chest neck and feet. You are strengthening your core while toning your entire body. YBR is great for athletes, dancers, and anyone who wants to move with more ease. You will need a gold and/or silver ball to start.
